Tameside Libraries: Homeless Families Play and Learning Project

Tameside Libraries and New Charter Housing Trust developed a programme of activities for children aged 5-13 year olds living temporarily at the Homeless Persons Unit to encourage library use. This project was evaluated using the Generic Learning Outcomes.

Isle of Wight Library Services using the GSOs to develop partnerships 

The Isle of Wight Library Service assessed the impact of Rhyme Times - interactive early years sessions for children under two and their carers - using the Generic Social Outcomes. Cowes Library worked in partnership with a local health centre to consider the outcomes for the families involved from different perspectives.
